Account Deletion Policy - TangTangGo

This policy applies to the TangTangGo Driver app, published by Iesoft Technologies Private Limited on Google Play.

At TangTangGo, we value your privacy and give you full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account, you can do so directly from the TangTangGo Driver app.

How to Delete Your Account?

• Open the TangTangGo Driver app on your device.

• Go to profile screen and under Account Settings you would find an option to Delete Account.

• Provide the reason for account deletion and proceed.Your account will be permanently marked as deleted.

What Happens After Deletion?

• Your profile and personal data will be permanently removed from our systems.

• Any ride history and related records will not be deleted, as we may need them for audit purposes or any legal requirements.

• This action cannot be undone. So if you need to start working as our driver partner again, you would need to go through the account creation process.
